The hotel is pretty good for the price. Location is great and the king bed room was spacious, included a couch, microwave, coffee machine and fridge. The bed was clean, but there were some stains on the walls as well as a few strands of hair in the bathtub and an empty toilet paper roll.
Great, affordable place to crash if you’re headed to or from Zion. No frills but clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Great little hotel - good rate included a hotel breakfast (with waffles!) (and some form of eggs, sausage, toast yoghurt…okay overall). Our king size room was spacious and cooled down - comfortable. The ice machine was not working so that’s why one less star in service. Other than that- all went good as expected for this type of property!
We appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of each employee. Especially Lewis. He was so willing to be of assistance. We felt very welcome. And the breakfast were very good, including the waffles.
We had an overall decent stay at this property. The Good: The Price: Weekday rates were quite reasonable. However, I personally wouldn’t find it worth paying $150+ per night. The Breakfast: A good variety of options including a waffle maker with syrup, juice , bread with jam and butter , ham, eggs, and coffee. It’s a satisfying breakfast to start your day, and the 6:00 AM start time is definitely a plus for early travelers. The (Not So) Bad: Microwave: The in-room microwave seemed outdated—possibly from the 1960s—and struggled to heat food properly, taking about 5 minutes to barely warm a meal. Bathroom: While generally clean, the toilet bowl had visible stains likely due to long-term use, which was a bit disappointing. Air Conditioning: The room had an AC unit, but it wasn’t very effective at cooling. This could be uncomfortable if visiting in the hotter months of June, July, or August. In summary, it was a decent experience, and I would consider staying here again if I can secure a similar price.
The hotel is getting old, but the room was clean, beds are comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Internet is stabil and fast enough. Breakfast is like the typical Days Inn breakfast + warm dishes. Enough parking lots. We stayed here for one night and would come back, if we go to Kanab once again
It was a very nice room and had everything I needed. The carpeted floor could have used a better vacuum though, and the tile bathroom floor a more thorough cleaning.
